This affects particularly children and young people whose future is highly dependent on the internal factors of their respective countries, but also on external factors in world politics. Responsible for this among other things are the industrialized countries, which contribute through a variety of political and economic mechanisms to the unequal distribution of resources and wealth.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">These facts led the members of the Raschke foundation to the conclusion that a commitment at different levels is required, such as in the social field. In particular education is a fundamental right and a requirement to improve the working and living conditions in the southern countries of the world. Basic principles of the Foundation are an emancipatory practice, sustainability and a horizontal relationship between the Foundation and the Foundation projects on the one hand and the involved organizations and institutions on the other hand.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Foundation \u201eF\u00fcr den S\u00fcden \u2013 Stiftung der Familie Raschke\u201c (\u201eFor the South &#8211; Foundation of the Raschke family\u201c) from the Raschke family wants to do their part to contribute to a social world and solidarity.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Extracts of the statutes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Foundation \u201eF\u00fcr den S\u00fcden \u2013 Stiftung der Familie Raschke\u201d has its head office in Potsdam, Brandenburg.<br \/>\nIt is a judicable foundation under civil law.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Purpose of the Foundation is the promotion of development cooperation. The Foundation strives to support disadvantaged children, young people and vulnerable people in social sectors such as education, health, youth, culture and sport. At the center of attention stands the aim of a dignified life for the needy persons especially in the Latin American continent, independent of their national and social origin, their sex and their religion. Furthermore, the Foundation \u201eF\u00fcr den S\u00fcden \u2013 Stiftung der Familie Raschke\u201c have the goal to promote the public consciousness for necessity for solidarity and globalism, particularly in the context of tolerance and international understanding.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Foundation \u201eF\u00fcr den S\u00fcden \u2013 Stiftung der Familie Raschke\u201c pursues exclusively and directly non-profit and charitable, tax-privileged purposes within the meaning of the General Tax Code.<br \/>\nThe Foundation is non-profit; they do not primarily pursue its own economic interests.
