That the MANUELA VANEGAS FOUNDATION, a nonprofit organization, registered in the Registry of Nonprofit Organizations of the Medellín Chamber of Commerce under number 3258 in Book I, supervised by the Government of Antioquia, and whose primary purpose is the promotion of sustainable comprehensive human development and its relationship with the environment, the promotion of free participation in sports, recreation, physical activity, and the healthy use of free time. It also promotes citizen participation and human rights, in accordance with the provisions established in the Colombian Constitution and other applicable regulations and laws.
On June 17, 2026, it received, as a donation from Für den Süden – Stiftung der Familie Raschke, identified by German Tax Identification Number 4614215653, the sum of TWO THOUSAND EUROS (EUR 2,000.00).
That the donation was received with money via an interbank electronic transfer.
That the proceeds from donations are invested entirely for the benefit of the most vulnerable sectors of the population within the national territory; for this purpose, the Foundation manages its funds in Bancolombia savings account number 55300003927.
