THE BEER OF THE EXGUERRILLA OF THE FARC, THE BEER OF PEACE
In the search for alternatives to create effective and inclusive productive projects, the possibility of making craft beer arises. Women and men in the process of reincorporation into civil, economic and political life, have put not only resources, but a great effort and willingness to develop a simple and high quality product, which competes with other beer initiatives. The benefits of this project are multiple, the possibility of creating a good number of jobs in the various tasks involved in the industry, create dynamics of local economy, and give an important sense of belonging and social inclusion. We do something that is appreciated and enjoyed, and that gives us hope in the possibility of living in a Colombia where the difference is respected and also accepted without stigmatization, rather with pride.
To stimulate participation, the Red Craft Beer will give a series of items such as t-shirts, hats, posters, glasses and pens with beer badges to those who donate from 50 (€) euros or $ 150,000 Colombian pesos in Colombia or 80 (€) euros out of it. The association will bear the shipping costs. Those who contribute at least 120 (€) euros or $ 420,000 Colombian pesos, will be entitled to a course of elaboration of craft beer at the Antonio Nariño ETCR, guided by the people who work in the former guerrilla and guerrilla plant in process of reincorporation.
